Welcome to CME Event Studio – Las Vegas’s hidden gem for intimate celebrations.
Conveniently located in the area of Summerlin near Durango and Sahara, our 1,600 sq. ft. venue was created with small gatherings in mind. Bathed in natural light and styled with modern elegance, it offers the perfect balance of sophistication and warmth. Whether you’re planning a wedding, baby shower, birthday, workshop, or private party, CME Event Studio provides the ideal setting to host up to 60 seated guests or 80 mixer-style. Here, intimate moments become unforgettable memories.

Venue Layout & Floor Plan

At CME Event Studio, every part of our 1,600 sq. ft. venue is designed to give your event both functionality and elegance. With a thoughtful layout and versatile rooms, the space easily adapts to your vision.

  • The Foyer (8ft x 20ft)
    The first impression of your event. Many guests use this space for a welcome table, guest sign-in, or a stylish bar. It’s also a popular spot for a statement welcome sign or even a step-and-repeat backdrop to capture those first photos of the night.

  • The Lounge (13ft x 12ft)
    A versatile mid-sized room perfect for creating focal points during your event. Common uses include a dessert station, a photo backdrop, a drink area, or even extra lounge-style seating. It’s an ideal complement to the energy of the main room.

  • The Nook (8ft x 12ft)
    A smaller, flexible room often used for food setup, vendor staging, or as a private space for hosts to prepare. Some guests also transform it into a photo booth area, making it a hidden gem for both convenience and creativity.

  • The Main Room (26ft x 20ft) (13ft x 16ft)
    The centerpiece of CME Event Studio. With seating for up to 60 guests dinner-style or room for 80 guests mixer-style, this space is where the main celebration unfolds—whether it’s dining, dancing, or mingling. Flooded with natural light and set against modern, clean walls, it offers the perfect backdrop for both décor and photography.

  • The Kitchenette (8ft x 16ft)
    A practical food prep space equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sink, and counter space. Perfect for caterers or DIY hosts who want an easy setup for food and beverage service.

 

 

With its flow from Foyer to Main Room, and supporting spaces like the Lounge and Alcove, CME Event Studio gives you the freedom to design your celebration exactly as you imagine it—while ensuring every detail has its place.

Whats Included?

  • 6 guest tables with your choice of round or rectangle configurations.

  • 60 white padded folding chairs for your guests’ comfort.

  • 4 food and dessert tables to beautifully display your cuisine.

  • Bluetooth speaker system with two wireless microphones.

  • 55" smart TV with HDMI/USB connections

  • Ambient LED mood lighting to set the perfect atmosphere.

  • A kitchen prep area featuring a freezer, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and ample counter space. 

 

Does NOT include:

  • Tables linens, decorations, food, nor entertainment. These services are available for an additional cost.

 Outside Vendors

You're welcome to personalize your event with the following flexible options:

  • Outside Vendors: Bring in your own trusted vendors, from decor to entertainment.

  • Catering & Food: Use your favorite catering service or bring in fully cooked, home-prepared food.

  • Non-alcohol Beverages: Soft drinks, juices, and bottled water are all welcome at no additional charge.

  • Alcoholic Beverages - Beer & Wine: Permitted at no additional charge; must be stored in our kitchenette area.

  • Hard Liquor: Allowed only with our in-house bar service:

    • $350 flat fee

    • Includes 1 professional bartender (4 hours)

    • Mobile bar setup

    • 3x 16 bags of ice

    • 9oz cups, napkins and cocktail straws

    • All juices, mixers, garnishes, and liquor must be provided by client.

Booking Policy

Booking your event at CME Event Studio is simple and straightforward:

  • Fill Out the Request Form – Share your event details so we can confirm availability.

  • Schedule a Tour – Experience the space in person and envision your celebration.

  • Reserve Your Date – Secure your booking with a 50% non-refundable deposit if your event is 30+ days away.

    • Final payment is due 30 days before your event.

    • For events booked within 30 days, full payment is required at booking.

  • Celebrate! – Enjoy your special day in our elegant, intimate venue.

 

Please note:

  • All rental timeframes are fixed and include set-up, event time, and breakdown.

  • No additional fees or deposits are required.
